Who: Hey everyone! I’m Tena Stetler, best-selling author of fifteen award-winning Paranormal Romance/Mysteries. I have a new release—April 7th. CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY MAGIC is part of the One Scoop or Two summer ice cream series. I also did a two-year stint as a DJ for a classic rock station. Fun job, great perks, lackluster pay. I also worked as a paralegal for seventeen years at a criminal law firm. In 2015 I left the law field to follow my dream as a published author. Now, rather than spend my time in a demanding law firm where people can be difficult, clients and attorneys alike. I spend my time in a fantasy world of my creation, whisking people away from their mundane life and into a romantic, fantasy adventure. A win, win in my opinion. Interests: I love being outdoors, gardening, or just enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. I share my life with a wonderful husband of many moons, our brilliant Chow Chow, a terribly spoiled twenty-three-year-old companion parrot, and a forty-five-year-old box turtle. We enjoy hiking, biking, and camping and also love water sports, including kayaking and whitewater rafting. Love to read. Nothing better than relaxing outside your thirty-eight-foot fifth-wheel trailer with a good book and a glass of your favorite drink. Also, I love to cook and bake. Recently, I found the most scrumptious banana pudding recipe. Made it, and it was to die for. LOL, let me know if you’d like the recipe. Network: I have a strong support network of fellow writers I met in person and online at The Wild Rose Press, my publishing company. I connect with readers mainly through social media and book signings. Also, whoever asks me what I do for a living, I always have postcards of my books handy. Desk: It’s messy when I’m working on my WIP. I clean it up after each manuscript is completed and submitted. Outrageous: I have an unbelievable overactive imagination. It keeps me from watching scary movies, or else I’d keep my hubby up all night with every light in the house on. Makes for an outrageous utility bill. LOL Window, what’s outside of yours? Blue sky, a neighbor’s house, birds of all kinds, flowers, trees, the majestic Rocky Mountains, and people walking by. CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY MAGIC? by Tena Stetler Prim and proper Trinity Shiloh is the assistant manager for Salem’s Wildlife Sanctuary. She hasn’t had much luck in the boyfriend department, but the new employee Paul is different. Deep and brooding she sees something special hidden below the surface. Besides she has secrets of her own. Paul Thorp is a wounded Special Forces veteran now working in security and computer support. He’s fought hard to keep his demons in check and for the first time feels he is ready for a real relationship. When a fire breaks out at Puffin Cove Rescue, they are called in to help with the recovery and ice cream social fundraiser. Sometimes things are not what they seem, and neither are people. When magic is unleashed, will what they learn bring them closer together or push them apart? Loved the interview, ladies! Tena, you must have the gift of talking--I can't imagine working as a DJ! Best of luck with your luscious ice cream book. A bowl of Chocolate Raspberry sounds pretty appealing about now :) 4/14/2021 12:37:46 pm
Thank you so much Barbara. Yeah, sometimes I talk a bit to much. But I love talking and meeting people. Especially where by books are concerned. LOL Comments are closed.
